The Department of Transportation recently changed the direction of traffic on several streets in order to alleviate congestion. In addition, a traffic signal was installed at West 19th Street and Neptune Avenue, and street markings were made on Neptune Avenue to cut down on double-parking.
The following street changes have taken effect:
West 17th Street from Neptune Avenue to Surf Avenue is now one-way southbound
West 15th Street from Neptune Avenue to Surf Avenue is now one-way southbound
West 16th Street from Neptune Avenue to Surf Avenue is now one-way northbound
West 19th Street from Neptune Avenue to Surf Avenue is now one-way northbound
